Due to severe staffing limitations, we are currently unable to respond to non-urgent consultation requests. All incoming requests are monitored and triaged. Urgent cases will be reviewed and addressed as soon as possible. Non-urgent cases will be reviewed when staffing levels improve in the foreseeable future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

This information will be routed to the Service that you request. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible. We do our best to respond to all consult requests in a timely manner. The need to balance teaching and ongoing care of our active cases with the high volume of consult requests may delay our response. In general, we are unable to review medical records. Quality clinical images are appreciated and can be attached. Because consults are often addressed at the end of the day, please provide contact information for the late evening, if possible.
